Jennifer Burton Silver is a co-founder and principal of agency360. She not only brings 12 years of recruiting experience but also a thorough knowledge of the Financial Services industry. Previously, she worked at Fox-Pitt, Kelton, a Global Investment Bank where she was a contributing member of the Institutional Sales Team covering the Financial Services sector for Middle Market Accounts. Before joining agency360, Jennifer worked along with Katherine at a top boutique-recruiting firm in San Francisco focusing on placements within the Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Consulting, Sales, Marketing, Advertising and Creative Design industries.

Jennifer is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University - San Luis Obispo. She is an active member of her community in the East Bay, a volunteer for the Contra Costa JCC and active board member of the Moment by Moment Foundation. She enjoys exploring far off places with her husband, meeting new people, trying to improve her tennis game, skiing under blue skies, and spending quality time with friends and family.
