Katherine is a veteran recruiter whose 12 years of recruiting combined with her 15 years of previous business background affords her the insight on the Bay Area's talent pool and corporate environment.

 

Prior to her career in the recruiting field, Katherine was the co-founder and CEO of LifeRover.com, a holistic lifestyle portal that was positioned for successful acquisition. In tandem with years of recruiting experience, Katherine has also, held executive marketing positions within both the pharmaceutical and retails industries. At BPR Health International, Katherine served as the Director of Sales and Marketing, where she was responsible for the execution of the Company's marketing plan and launch of a series of products which consisted of a complete line of homeopathic remedies and two medical devices. Prior to BPR, Katherine held executive positions with Adrienne Vittadini, Inc. and Nature's Way. Katherine has held board seats at French American International School's Middle School Parent Board and Horizons Unlimited, a non-profit organization focusing on rehabilitation and improvement of the Latino youth population in San Francisco's Mission District. Katherine is an active contributor to GirlsVenture and has sponsored several scholarships for the organization.

 

Katherine holds a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Chemistry from Mills College and an MBA from University of San Francisco McLaren School of Business. She enjoys her daily personal training workouts, reading, writing, traveling and playing tennis with her daughter – Chessa. She lives with her family in Larkspur.
