- Develop and implement a business development and sales strategy
- Partner with Events & Marketing team to develop the client funnel, retain existing clients, and expand the firm’s reach
- Partner with the consulting team to ensure effective client management and promote client satisfaction
- Collaborate with the consulting team to build the firm’s client value proposition and identify new opportunities for impact
- Update and manage the CRM and lead bi-weekly meetings to review sales leads
About You:
- 4+ years of sales and/or business development experience in a dynamic environment, including experience managing a CRM tool in a sales process
- Passionate about diversity and inclusion and have a strong interest in expanding the firm’s impact
- Superior communication skills: both written and verbal
- Creative and critical thinker who can come up with innovative solutions to complex business problems
- Experience developing business proposals that resonate with clients
