Sales Strategy and Operations Manager

Our client, a strategy firm that partners with innovative companies to build stronger, more inclusive organizations, is actively searching for a Sales Strategy and Operations Manager to join its dynamic team in San Francisco.
About the role:
  • Develop and implement a business development and sales strategy
  • Partner with Events & Marketing team to develop the client funnel, retain existing clients, and expand the firm’s reach
  • Partner with the consulting team to ensure effective client management and promote client satisfaction 

  • Collaborate with the consulting team to build the firm’s client value proposition and identify new opportunities for impact 

  • Update and manage the CRM and lead bi-weekly meetings to review sales leads 

 
About You:
 
  • 4+ years of sales and/or business development experience in a dynamic environment, including experience managing a CRM tool in a sales process
  • Passionate about diversity and inclusion and have a strong interest in 
expanding the firm’s impact 

  • Superior communication skills: both written and verbal
  • Creative and critical thinker who can come up with innovative solutions to 
complex business problems
  • Experience developing business proposals that resonate with clients
